We all have different priorities. How we choose to spend our time, money, emotions, are decisions we make depending on our priorities. We own those decisions. Someone recently enquired about wellness coaching and told me that they didn’t have time to exercise or prepare healthier foods. Many of us can relate to this. Their priority after a busy day, was to watch 3-4 hours of TV in the evening. That’s fine. But there IS time for a 20 minute brisk walk AND 20 minutes to prepare a nutritious meal for the next day AND still watch 3 hours of TV – IF that’s your priority.
Barack Obama was a busy chap and still managed to find time to exercise everyday! Wellness coaching can help you to prioritise your thoughts and create a path to move forward with positivity.
