The Friends of Therfield Heath and Greens 
The Friends organised or took part in 20 different events and 12 litter picks in 2022.
We are already planning more events for 2023.

Quiz night is coming. The Friends are planning a quiz night on Saturday 4th February at the Heath Café. Details can be found on our What’s On page www.friendsoftherfieldheath.org.uk. The Quiz will include a mix of general questions as well as some about the Heath. There will also be a raffle. Can any of you or your companies donate a fabulous prize or two for the raffle? Contact us on friendsoftherfieldheath@gmail.com and let us know if you are able to be generous.
All monies raised will go towards projects that benefit the wildlife that thrives on the Heath as well as benefiting the people who use it for health and social activities.
When you are out and about on the Heath this month look out for catkins, Pied Wagtails around the carpark and café areas and black headed gulls, which do not actually have black heads at this time of year.
