The relaxation part of Yoga known as Savasana is at the very end and allows your body to absorb the movement you have created but is also known as a great way to calm the mind, reduce stress and fatigue, lower blood pressure, relieve headache pain, and improve sleep.
So with such a busy lifestyle that we all seem to have Yoga gives you the chance to improve your strength, mobility but also to release tension and stress in the mind. There is a reason it has been around for so many years, and that’s because it has such powerful effects on everyone that practices.
