Community News: Thursday Morning Parkinson’s Club

The Thursday Morning Parkinson’s Club, supported by Parkinson’s UK North Herts and Stevenage Branch meets every Thursday 10.30am – 12noon at Coombes Community Centre. Over 150 people live with Parkinson’s in our area and increasingly, people are being offered nonpharmacological interventions such as exercise, dance, voice work and singing to help maintain a healthy lifestyle.
