The Listing and Local Connections magazines are hand-delivered to more than 30,000 local households and businesses, making them one of the most effective and trusted ways to reach people in our community.
How we deliver
Although both magazines share the same commitment to reliable local delivery, they each have their own distribution network.
Local Connections
Local Connections is published 10 times a year (with combined July/August and November/December editions) and is distributed by Royal Mail to 15,000 households and businesses across:
- SG9 & SG11 (Buntingford edition)
- CB22 & CB23 (South of Cambridge edition)
The Listing
The Listing is published every month and delivered to 17,300 households and businesses throughout the SG8 postcode area. Distribution includes:
- The Royston edition, delivered throughout Royston.
- The SG8 Villages editions, delivered to villages across North Hertfordshire, South Cambridgeshire and Ashwell.
A local team delivering locally
Our SG8 distribution is divided into more than 40 carefully planned rounds, each covering specific streets or villages. Every round is completed by a trusted member of our own local distribution team, including retirees, families, parents and teenagers, who take great pride in ensuring every magazine reaches readers’ homes.
Using specialist route-planning software, we create logical, manageable delivery rounds based on Royal Mail household data, which is continually updated by our team as new homes and developments are built. Our aim is to deliver to every property within the recognised village boundaries or 30mph limits of each community.
For added reassurance, every delivery round is GPS tracked, allowing us to confirm when routes have been completed.
Beyond the letterbox
For readers outside our delivery area, printed copies are available from a selection of collection points, including Royston Library, Bury Lane and other local venues. We also offer a postal subscription service for printed copies, while digital editions are published every month for readers wherever they are.
Leaflet distribution
Businesses and organisations can also make use of our flexible leaflet distribution service throughout the SG8 postcode area. Campaigns can be targeted to individual villages or selected areas of Royston, matching our established delivery rounds.
