Following our article on Royston’s blue plaques last month, we’re publishing a selection of plaques in each issue. For August, we focus on:
Palace of King James I – Kneesworth Street, 1603-1627
Royal Servants – Who were employed in the stables and kennels of King James I, lived here
The King’s Paradise – Site of the Bowling Green played on by King James I
