Enjoy a full programme this year, and with more than 50 events, some starting in early September, there will be something for everyone.
The Festival takes place from 19th – 28th September, in 20 venues across Royston.
🎨 Art • 🎭 Drama • 🎶 Live Music • 📚 Literature • 📸 Photography • 🍳 Cookery • 🧶 Craft • 🌍 Environment • 📜 History • ✍ Poetry • 🗣 Talks • 🎧 Podcasts • and more!
The theme this year is Then and Now, to reflect 2025 marking the 400th anniversary of the death of King James, whose associations with Royston are a rich part of our town’s history, and many contributions to this year’s Festival give a nod to Royston’s history and links to King James.
Visitors are sure to enjoy the winning cover art, King Crow, by Sonja Riese, which depicts our beloved Royston Crow looking regal and vibrant.
The printed programme will be out towards the end of August and distributed with the September edition of The Listing magazine to over 17,300 local households in SG8.
