Last month our ladies welcomed John Kershaw talking about his memories as a boy of living through The Blitz. He was very interesting, informative and even managed to bring some humour viewed through the eyes of a boy, showing photographs of children in gas masks, as well as Anderson and Morrison Shelters. Our May meeting is the AGM, where as well as doing our official business, we will have a display of items from the Royston Museum and our archives/scrapbooks.  This will be followed by pink fizz, cake and a toast to our new King, whilst teasing our brains with a Royal Quiz.
Our many and varied clubs continue to thrive, something to suit everyone.
If you think you would like to come along and give our busy group a try please do so.
You will receive a warm welcome on the second Thursday of each month at the Town Hall, doors open at 1.45pm.
