Community News: HertsLynx Transport

Hertfordshire County Council’s on-demand bus service HertsLynx has now carried out over 50,000 trips.

What is HertsLynx?

HertsLynx, Hertfordshire’s new on-demand bus service, launched which launched in September 2021. This service is designed to serve residents in the designated operating zone covering villages in North and East Herts, as well as providing transport links to fixed destinations in Key Hub Towns: Stevenage, Letchworth, Hitchin, Baldock, Royston and Bishop’s Stortford.

It’s a convenient and affordable minibus service, available seven days a week. Passengers can travel on the service for just £2 per single journey.

Also, our friends at Nutwood Pubs Ltd have booked the Lynx Herts Shuttle to pick up from the Woodman ‘The Woodman Flyer’ at 10.30pm on Fridays and Saturdays and do drops back to Barkway, Barley, Royston and Buntingford!
