Citizens Advice Royston

Citizens Advice in Royston is able to offer more support thanks to funds from Royston Rotary Club.

Citizens Advice North Hertfordshire is now able to offer longer appointments for some Royston based clients on a Monday in their Royston office. The project aims to help clients with complex needs. This could be people with mental health issues, complex housing or relationship breakdowns or people who just need a bit more time than the drop in service allows for.

Citizens Advice North Hertfordshire (CANH) is an independent local charity providing free, independent, confidential, and impartial advice to everyone on the problems they face and to improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives. The service in Royston is based at the Town Hall and you can call in to the drop-in advice sessions every Monday and Wednesday between 9.30am and 12 noon. There is also a service at Melbourn Community Hub on the first and third Monday of each month between 9.30am and 12 noon.

If you or someone you know would benefit from an appointment with the Complex Needs Team then please come to one of the drop-in sessions or call our Adviceline which is open Monday to Friday 10am – 4pm on 03444 111444
