Bow Books Kids has celebrated a fantastic first week since opening its doors in Royston, with hundreds of children already visiting the new independent children’s bookshop.
Paul from Bow Books says the response from local families has been incredibly encouraging, with parents and grandparents bringing children into the new shop and sharing their warm and positive comments.
“What an amazing first week, it’s incredibly gratifying to know that hundreds more children will be reading a book, or two, or three, during the summer.
The team has been delighted to welcome so many young readers and their families, and believes the enthusiasm demonstrates just how important books and reading remain in the lives of children.
Books do matter – especially in the lives of the younger generation.
A huge well done to all the parents and grandparents who have already brought their children to Bow Books Kids. We’ve really appreciated all your kind and encouraging comments”
Bow Books Kids is inviting families who haven’t yet visited to come and discover the new children’s bookshop for themselves. There is a wide selection of books for children of different ages and interests, making it a place for young readers to browse, discover new favourites and develop a lifelong love of reading.
And there’s a little something extra for visitors who haven’t visited yet, children can collect their free Jolly bookmark while stocks last.
