When you’re caring for a family, it’s easy to put your own needs last.
Over time, that can leave you feeling overwhelmed, depleted, and unsure how to move forward. My work isn’t about giving parenting advice or telling you what to do – it’s about supporting you as the parent, so you can feel more resourced, confident, and able to respond to whatever family life brings.
I draw on 15 years’ experience as a Family Support Worker with a national family charity, where I see first-hand how powerful it can be to feel heard, understood, and supported at the right time. That experience shapes the way I work today – offering practical, compassionate counselling in a calm, non-judgemental way.
Looking after yourself isn’t a luxury; it’s an important part of being able to care for those around you.
