It is always nice to be able to improve the food offered on the market, so it is great to see a new trader – ‘Antonia’s Country Kitchen’ – joining the market regularly every Saturday.
They are an artisan bakery and specialise in home-made scotch eggs, sausage rolls and quiche, offering up to five different delicious varieties. This trader has made an instant impact and it has been good to see them being so well supported. This is testimony to the quality of the food on offer. Andrew (pictured) can be found in the Main Market Square. But shop early….they will definitely sell out!
Royston Market operates officially from 8am to approximately 3pm on Wednesdays and Saturdays though many stalls are ready to trade from as early as 7am.
