Trad Jazz Returns to Royston
One of the casualties of the pandemic was the popular monthly trad jazz sessions held at the Heath Club.
These ceased as restrictions came into force much to the chagrin of the many devotees of New Orleans jazz who attended.
The good news is that a new club has been formed in a new venue – Royston’s Old Bull Inn.
Dave Rance’s Rockin’ Chair Band is back with a vengeance with its winning formula of good time music and sophisticated (!) humour.
The sessions are on the third Monday of every month from 12 till 2.30pm with the next one happening on the 18th April, admission: £10.
So why not come along to savour the atmosphere as well as the Bull’s renowned eats and drinks? Hot jazz guaranteed.
