The Healthy Hub North Herts is a district wide wellbeing service which is funded by Hertfordshire County Council and North Herts Council.

The service offers virtual health and wellbeing support over the phone and online to residents, helping them access support for their mental health, financial advice, and assistance, becoming more active, weight management food support and much more. The Healthy Hub also offers very popular wellbeing mornings in Royston, Hitchin, Baldock and Knebworth, offering residents the opportunity to meet people from their community and try something new.

The Royston wellbeing mornings are run in Heritage Hall at Royston Town Hall and offer craft activities for adults with no experience needed. Families with young children can also take part in fun healthy cooking sessions which teach your little one all about healthy foods and basic cooking skills.

All sessions are free of charge, however, prebooking is essential as spaces are limited. To find out when the sessions are running and to book your space visit the Healthy Hub website.
