Letchworth Bakery have established themselves as one of our longest servicing traders with over 10 years of attendance on the market.
They offer a varied selection of bread including tiger loaves, granary, GI, wholemeal, french sticks, white and brown rolls along with sweet options such as jam and custard doughnuts, muffins, pastries and chocolate brownies.
This is a very popular stall given the great produce available and the really competitive prices. Darani (pictured) can be found working on both the Wednesday and Saturday markets.
Royston Market operates officially from 8am to approximately 3pm on Wednesdays and Saturdays though many stalls are ready to trade from as early as 7am.
