Parkinson’s UK Hub
Parkinsons UK Has a Royston Hub which is part of North Herts and Stevenage Group.
An exercise class is held on a Tuesday between 12.30 and 1.30pm at Royston Leisure Centre. The cost is £3.50 and can be booked by contacting the Leisure Centre 01763 255190.
The Hub also has a “Cafe” held in The Old Bull High Street Royston on the last Tuesday of the month from 10.30am to 12.30pm. The next cafe is Tuesday 29th March. The cost is £3 which covers tea/coffee and biscuits. The group are all very friendly and would love to share their experiences and interests with new people.
