Can you help with storage premises?
CADS is Royston’s amateur drama society, in existence since the 1940s. The member-led, not-for-profit community group is renowned for its award winning performances, and of course the hugely popular annual Royston pantomime (oh yes it is!)
Over the years, CADS have built up a huge array of performance and stage equipment and costumes, which have been stored in containers at the KJAR site. Sadly, the current arrangement and storage facility is now under threat, and CADS is looking for a new home for their equipment.
Can you help? The group is appealing to local businesses or organisations with storage facilities for help. CADS doesn’t have a regular income so would need to negotiate any charges if commercial rates are the only option. Without a viable solution, CADS and the annual Royston Pantomime are under threat.
