Meldreth Preschool provides high-quality childcare and education for children aged 2 to 5 years. Its nurturing, safe and inclusive environment ensures every child is recognised, valued and supported to reach their full potential through purposeful, play-based learning.
The preschool offers a free-flowing environment between indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing children to thrive through active exploration. Its ever-changing outdoor area encourages problem-solving, imagination, creativity and resourcefulness through engaging, hands-on experiences.
Following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, experienced staff use their knowledge of each child to plan imaginative activities that inspire curiosity, confidence and a love of learning.
Meldreth Preschool also offers a strong transition programme for children moving on to Meldreth Primary School, helping them begin their next stage of education feeling confident and well-prepared.
Families are warmly invited to arrange a visit, explore the setting and discuss the various funding options available, including funding for 2, 3 and 4-year-olds.
