Barley Tennis Club has 2 hard courts, situated in one of the most beautiful settings in North Hertfordshire.

Our club welcomes players from the surrounding villages and beyond.

Our aim is to provide affordable tennis in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and to bring the best out in our players through club sessions and coaching.

Coaching is available for anyone, you don't have to be a member.

Club sessions are held twice a week: Thursday evenings in the spring/summer from 5pm and Sunday mornings from 10.30am.

On the Tennis Courts at The Plaistow, Church End, Barley, Herts SG8 8JW.

Joint Royston and Melbourn Taekwon-Do School Little Dragons classes for 4-8 year olds in Meldreth on Tuesdays and Royston on Thursdays. Main School classes for all ages 8+ at King James Academy Royston on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

Dance, drama, acting, singing and musical theatre classes and workshops for children and adults.

We hold internal gradings and club championships each term. The club is affiliated to the British Judo Association, which is the Sport’s National Governing Body, and is a very active member club of the Eastern Area, taking part in numerous competitions and training events each year.

Session times:
Saturday
9.00am – 10.30am: Group 1 for younger and less experienced players (approx. 6 – 10 years)
10.30 to 11.45: Group 2 for older and improvers (approx 10 years +, seniors also welcome)

Monday
6.00pm -7.00pm: Must be in groups 1 or 2 or of equivalent standard

Tuesday
8:00pm – 10.00pm: Seniors and experienced Juniors (14 years +)

Perfect Aim Archery is a family run business passionate about spreading the joy of archery to as many people as possible.  Archery is an experience that can be enjoyed by almost everyone and it is our mission to spread a little archery happiness!

There are many benefits including physical strength and co-ordination but equally importantly, archery can help with confidence, self esteem, resilience, focus and relaxation.
