Weekly drop-in Wellbeing Hub
Garden House Hospice Care and Compassionate Neighbours Wellbeing Hub now every Tuesday morning in Royston.
The Wellbeing Hub provides a welcoming, friendly space for people to come along for a cup of tea and a chat, talk to and be listened to by one of our team members, gain information about our therapies and support services, feel more in control and live life to its greatest potential. We also provide a seated exercise class each week for all abilities.
These sessions are free, no booking necessary just pop along! Free parking on site and transport available on request.

The Old Schoolhouse is a stunning 19th-century building in the heart of Royston, a historic market town in north Hertfordshire, originally the town's school. The Old school house boasts many historic features combined with a modern, stylish interior. The Williams Hall is a spacious, bright function room ideal for larger meetings, seminars, conferences and events. The Walmsley room, located at the rear of the building, is a quiet, professional room ideal for private workspace, clinics or smaller meetings. The Old School House has a fully fitted kitchen suitable for event catering and disabled access throughout.

Therfield Heath is an area of Common Land and most of it is a Local Nature Reserve and a Site of Special Scientific Interest. It is owned by the Therfield Regulation Trust, which is a registered charity.
It is managed by the Conservators of Therfield Heath and Greens.
Around Therfield there are registered Village Greens and other areas of Common Land which are held and manged in the same way.
Our Carer Support Hubs allow you to meet with other carers, share information, support each other and chat over a cuppa.
A Carer Support Advisor will be joining us to talk about the different respite options available to carers. They will also be able to offer 1-1 support for any questions you may have concerning your caring role.
