Welcomes any ability (18+) and wants to encourage and support people who are experienced athletes through to those who have no background in the sport. The club offers weekly coached swim sessions, organised training bike rides and runs.  Sessions throughout the week – see website for details. Located at Melbourn Sports Centre with sessions around the local area.

I'm a Birth Doula and a Hypnobirthing practitioner as well as a Breastfeeding Counsellor. Having a good antenatal education and an amazing support team around you on your baby's birth day are key to a Calm and Relaxed birth, a birth where you stay completely in control.

The Rockin' Chair Band is back with a vengeance with its winning formula of good time music and sophisticated (!) humour. The sessions are on the last Monday of every month from 12 till 2.30pm. Admission: £10(Pay on the door)

Wimpole Village Hall

First Wednesday of every month at Royston Museum.  Especially for children under 5 and their adults. With stories, songs, crafts and hands-on activities there will be plenty to keep your little ones moving and creating.

This session is most suitable for children from walking to 5 years old and their adults. If you have a younger child, have a look at our Museum Babies session for babies to walking and their adults.

If you’re a young family in Royston you will be pleased to know that we now have our own local NCT activities going on, all open to both members and non-members and mostly free of charge. NCT charity aims to provide support to the many new mums, dads, and babies in Royston and local villages. Information and support in pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood.

Orwell Film Club meet 10 times a year on the 4th Thursday of every month (except August and December) in Orwell Village Hall at 7 for 7.30pm.

Membership is £3 per annum and entrance £5 per visit.
