The facilities at Ashwell Village Hall are ideal for weddings, parties, celebrations, theatrical performances, music recitals and club meetings. There is ample off-street parking, stages, tables, chairs, kitchen facilities and china and cutlery - all available to hire.
The main hall can comfortably seat 90 people and the small hall can seat 40. For regular users there is also the added bonus of discounted rates. So if your club or society wishes to have a weekly meeting place, our Village Hall is the perfect venue.
The Ashwell Theatre Club is an amateur dramatics group based in Ashwell, Hertfordshire.
Originally formed in the 1930s as the Ashwell Players, it was sadly disbanded in the 1950s.
Reformed on 12th April 1976, as the Ashwell Theatre Club their first production was an Old Time Music Hall to celebrate the centennial year of Ashwell's Merchant Taylors School.
The cast included members from the original 1930s Ashwell Players. Since then it has presented plays, pantomimes and revues.
Today Ashwell Theatre Club is community theatre at its grass roots with local people putting on productions to entertain their community.

We aim to provide a safe, secure & stimulating environment where children are given opportunities to learn through play, develop their language and acquire social skills within an informal setting in Braughing.
The village hall is licensed to accommodate 160 people excluding staff, attendants and performers. The main hall will accommodate between 60 and 100 if seated at tables, depending of course on how they are arranged.
There is a small kitchen with cooker, microwave and fridge. Tables, chairs and crockery can be hired.
All Saints' Community Hall was built in 2008 and is operated by a registered charity for use by local residents and businesses as a community resource to hold public or private functions. The hall is administered and managed by a team of volunteer trustees and members.
