41 Club provides an opportunity of continuing the friendships made in Round Table, any Round Table, and for like-minded individuals who didn’t find Round Table soon enough.
All we require is that you’re over 40 years old, have interests in developing and continuing friendships in sociable environments, interact with and support the local community, and enjoy yourself.
We hire soft play, bouncy castles for both inside and out, garden games, party extras as well as inflatable games, slides, and even a rodeo bull.
Our sister company Taylored Events can also supply other party extras like tables, chairs, décor, marquees, vintage garden games and lots more.
The Village Hall provides a great setting for occasions such as birthday parties, discos and business off-sites. Facilities include:

All Saints' Community Hall was built in 2008 and is operated by a registered charity for use by local residents and businesses as a community resource to hold public or private functions. The hall is administered and managed by a team of volunteer trustees and members.

The village hall is licensed to accommodate 160 people excluding staff, attendants and performers. The main hall will accommodate between 60 and 100 if seated at tables, depending of course on how they are arranged.
There is a small kitchen with cooker, microwave and fridge. Tables, chairs and crockery can be hired.

Art in Sandon' is a local group of enthusiastic artists run by local Artist Jennie Verleg.
We have interesting and varied topics with guest tutors, as well as the main tutor Jennie.
The classes cover a variety of subjects in paint and drawing mediums. We have fun and surprise ourselves with encouraging challenges each week.

When: Friday mornings 09.45 am for prompt 10am start. Then drawing or painting until 1 pm with one-to-one direction and guidance
Cost: Blocks of 5 sessions at £75 payment in advance, or 6 weeks at £90 depending on the term. Minimum booking of 4 weeks applies after a trial class.

Ashwell Pre-School is an 'In The Moment' setting who cater for children aged between 2 and 4 years.
We are running these organised sessions:
- Coaching for children on Tuesdays from 3:45, and Sundays 12 noon to 3pm during the summer term, run by Charlotte Gibbons
- Club sessions, open to all members, are running on Sundays between 10 and 11, and Wednesday 7 to 9, from 18th April to the end of the school term.
- An adult coaching session runs on Friday morning.
- Cardio Tennis on Sundays 11 to 12, starting the first Sunday after half term for 6 weeks

The Ashwell Theatre Club is an amateur dramatics group based in Ashwell, Hertfordshire.
Originally formed in the 1930s as the Ashwell Players, it was sadly disbanded in the 1950s.
Reformed on 12th April 1976, as the Ashwell Theatre Club their first production was an Old Time Music Hall to celebrate the centennial year of Ashwell's Merchant Taylors School.
The cast included members from the original 1930s Ashwell Players. Since then it has presented plays, pantomimes and revues.
Today Ashwell Theatre Club is community theatre at its grass roots with local people putting on productions to entertain their community.
The facilities at Ashwell Village Hall are ideal for weddings, parties, celebrations, theatrical performances, music recitals and club meetings. There is ample off-street parking, stages, tables, chairs, kitchen facilities and china and cutlery - all available to hire.
The main hall can comfortably seat 90 people and the small hall can seat 40. For regular users there is also the added bonus of discounted rates. So if your club or society wishes to have a weekly meeting place, our Village Hall is the perfect venue.
