Children and Families

Our aim is to help bring artists and local people together, providing opportunities for the public to visit the workshops and studios during the annual event that takes place over the first four  weekends of July each year. A wide range  of crafts and media on display.

Covering South Cambridgeshire Villages, the Children and Family Centre provides regular groups as well as one-off events and courses.

Regular Sessions are held at Melbourn Child and Family Zone, Mortlock Street, Melbourn, SG8 6DB

Thursday: Stay and Play 10:00 – 11:30am & Baby Group 1pm – 2:30pm

Offering opportunities to join in with free or low cost activities in Royston to improve and support your physical and emotional health and wellbeing.

Opportunities include strength and balance, seated exercise, creative opportunities such as flower arranging, cake decorating and craft, cookery and food education, employment support and digital advice.

Crochet workshop for kids aged between 10-16 - come and learn the basics to get you started!

Hosted by No.3 Royston, held at Market Hill Rooms on select dates.

Taught by crochet teacher Georgina, who is fully DBS checked. All materials provided.
