Flipside C2C CIC is a Royston-based Community Interest Company supporting adults who may feel stuck, lack confidence or be unsure about their next steps. The free Flip Forward programme provides one-to-one mentoring, alongside small group workshops, practical training and opportunities to connect with supportive employers. Helping people build confidence, skills and connections at a pace that works for them, whether their goals involve employment, volunteering, training or greater independence.
The group supports people across Hertfordshire and South Cambridgeshire who are able to access the Royston area. There is no pressure or fixed timeframe.
