Community Support for Dementia is a voluntary group working to support those 'living with dementia', their personal carers, family members and friends. With knowledge through personal experience we truly understand how important it is for social interaction and stimulation during this difficult time.
We hold a monthly Memory Cafe (Saturdays), a monthly Dementia Sing-Along (Fridays) at Meldreth Village Hall, and other dementia friendly activities. All our events offer a safe and inclusive space, giving carers the opportunity to relax and share experiences with other carers and for their loved ones 'living with dementia' to engage in activities such as:- music, singing, dancing, crafts, puzzles, pet therapy and much more.
