- One to one support, information and guidance: Memory Support Hertfordshire is the first point of contact to access memory concern and dementia related local services and help, please contact 0300 131 3946 or email: info@memorysupportherts.org.uk
- Dementia support, memory difficulty activity and peer support groups: Existing groups in Letchworth and Stevenage, with plans to deliver new groups in Hitchin and Royston. If you are interested in attending or finding out more, please contact 01279 427522 or email Herts@alzheimers.org.uk
- Young Onset Dementia service: for younger people diagnosed with dementia and their unpaid carers including social and respite groups with the opportunity to have your say about services and how we develop them.
