Pupils and staff at Icknield Walk First School were lucky enough to have a visit from Megson.
Megson are a local Folk duo and have been nominated four times for the BBC Radio Two Folk Award. They performed an interactive and exciting concert for our Reception, Year One and Year Two children, who enjoyed the live music immensely. Our children were able to help choose lyrics, learn some sign language and get up and dance along the way. Debs and Stu interacted superbly with the children throughout the concert and showcased not only their vocal skills but also their talents using a banjo, accordion and guitar!
