WI Royston Evenings
The group met for the first time in June, and we welcomed 35 wonderful women of all ages who wanted to join or find out more!
There was a really great energy to the meeting as we talked through our programme and plans for the coming year with those that were able to attend. We have been completely overwhelmed by the interest from the amazing women of Royston and we now have interest from nearly 75 people in total which has far and away exceeded our expectations.
The meetings will be held on the second Thursday of every month in the Market Hill Rooms on Fish Hill in Central Royston from 7.30-9.30pm. The meetings are open to women over 18, have an informal feel and will always involve some type of activity and the offer of drinks and snacks of some sort.
Our next meeting will be on the 13th July and this will likely be another busy one where we will be welcoming and signing up new members and spending time getting to know each other.
