Royston & District Community Transport (RDCT) is recruiting volunteer drivers!
RDCT, a registered charity, provides transport for people who cannot drive themselves and are unable to use public transport, helping them get to vital medical appointments and day centres.
The charity is currently looking for car drivers in Royston, Melbourn, Meldreth and surrounding villages. If you can offer a day or more a week (flexible to suit you), RDCT would love to hear from you. Drivers receive a 50p pm mileage allowance.
In addition RDCT has two wheelchair accessible vehicles, taking those who use wheelchairs to their appointments, which we also need additional drivers for. Full training will be given.
