An Update from RBL Royston BRANCH
Over the last couple of weeks there have been comments and speculation over what is happening with the RBL Building in Mill Road.

On behalf of the Branch Officers and Committee, I am pleased to be able to share that the Mill Road building is now in the hands of the RBL Royston BRANCH – the charity side of the RBL.

At present, we are assessing the refurbishment and updating needs of the building, but going forward, the plan is to use the building and facilities to further promote and elevate the core charitable aims and objectives of the RBL. The building will not be reopening as a Club.

Once refurbishment is complete and the building reopened, the Branch intends to run its own calendar of events for the RBL Members and the wider community, and will be available for rental by groups, clubs and societies etc.

And, just to reconfirm, the Royston Branch of the RBL is NOT closed as has been reported on earlier social media posts.

If anyone has any questions or queries, please send them by email to the Branch Secretary: royston.secretary@rbl.community
