Khandel Light – the Barley based charity have seven amazing runners in this year’s London Marathon on Sunday 23rd April.
Our work in Rajasthan is still essential:
- 350 households receive clean drinking water every month.
- 100 young people benefit from educational bursaries every year.
- 700 young women attend the Girls’ Parliament,
- Sanitary towels are provided to enable girls and women to attend school and work.
- Tablets are distributed to young women so they can carry in their higher education.
- Trees are planted to help retain water and produce crops.
