Feeling Good Week…

Feeling Good Week is a Hertfordshire wide event that encourages communities to raise awareness and promote children’s emotional wellbeing by raising awareness of the support that can be accessed within the local community.

The children at Icknield Walk First School have celebrated this event by participating in a number of feel good activities, from country dancing workshops to mindfulness moments in their classes.

Continuing the tradition at the school where ‘Achievement, Celebration and Teamwork’ is always taking place, the children used this week to highlight their achievements, celebrate them with others and remember the importance in supporting one another as part of a team.

Each child at Icknield Walk First School decorated the school hall with bunting. Drawing and writing about all of the things that make them feel good.
