A Motorsport First: 24-Hour Charity Driveathon at Langley Park Rally School

On Saturday 13th September 2025, Langley Park Rally School in Essex will host a first-of-its-kind motorsport challenge – a continuous 24-hour Driveathon in support of Essex & Herts Air Ambulance, alongside Parkinson’s UK, Cancer Research UK, and Young Stroke Victims.

In a remarkable show of dedication, the school’s 68-year-old founder will personally drive for the entire 24 hours, supported by Marshall Land Rover.

But he won’t be alone. Juniors from the school – including drivers as young as seven years old – will also take part in this extraordinary challenge.

The Driveathon promises a unique line-up of vehicles, from historic rally cars and off-road race buggies to machines from the Army Rally Team. With a diverse entry list and generations of drivers sharing the track, the school believes this is a world-first in motorsport.

Spectators are warmly invited to Langley Park Rally School to witness 24 hours of non-stop action, enjoy guest appearances, and make the most of family-friendly attractions, including a charity bar and BBQ.

All proceeds will go directly to the nominated charities. Donations can also be made via the official JustGiving page: LangleyParkRallyJGpage
