Royston Complementary Health Centre (RCHC) and Studio has been a feature of Royston town centre for over twenty-five years.
Its founder, osteopath Ian Collinge, has long been passionate about improving the lives of local people by providing access to complementary treatments and classes in a calm, accessible and welcoming environment.
Over the years, many therapists have joined Ian and, alongside the core osteopathy and podiatry practices, RCHC has become a thriving community of registered practitioners, focusing both on physical and mental wellbeing. It now offers Acupuncture, Counselling, Clinical Psychology, Sports and Remedial Massage, Hypnotherapy, Reflexology, Nutritional Therapy, and Reiki.
Most recently, the Osteopathic Practice has expanded to meet growing demand, with the welcome addition of Isabel Sweeney. Patients seek treatment for a wide variety of conditions, from general musculoskeletal aches and pains to sciatica and headaches.
Meanwhile, Michelle Glanville’s thriving Podiatry Practice continues to be an asset to the community, particularly for those who are relatively mobile and prefer to visit a practitioner rather than have treatment at home. Parking is easy and treatment is on the ground floor.
RCHC also hosts Counsellors who cover a range of issues including depression, bereavement, stress, and anger management, in a conducive and confidential environment.
Finally, a unique feature of RCHC is its bright and airy Studio, where a range of Pilates and Yoga Classes offer an alternative (and complement) to therapy. Classes are daytime and evening and are booked in advance, guaranteeing your place.
