Brown&Co, a leading UK land and property agency and consultancy services provider, has opened a new office in the centre of Cambridge.
The multi-disciplinary firm, with its head office in Norwich, 11 other UK offices and 3 overseas, is officially opened its doors in Clifton Court, off Cherry Hinton Road, in December.
The new expansion sees Brown&Co’s Cambridge base offering Residential and Commercial Property and Architecture & Planning services alongside the firm’s existing team and agricultural consultancy and land agency rural advisory business based in St Neots.
The new office completes Brown&Co’s objective of serving landowners, farmers, property owners and investors right along the Oxford-Cambridge corridor with their Banbury office and following the addition of their Wantage, Oxford office in April this year through the acquisition of Adkin.
Charles Whitaker, Managing Partner of Brown&Co, is pleased to welcome Harry Simmonds, a former Associate Director at Cheffins in Cambridge, as Head of Cambridge Residential and Lee Bannon, formerly of BNP Paribas in Chelmsford, to lead the Commercial Professional services.

Brown&Co will be maintaining their St Neots office, and the Cambridge opening forms part of the current overall growth strategy to provide value and efficiency to their client base and seek to grow the practice within the Cambridge market.
