Royston Fire Brigade join The Royston Dementia Friendly Community

Royston Fire Brigade have become the latest organisation to join up to the Royston Dementia Friendly Community.   

Organised by Sam Adby from Margaret House Care Home, the community aims to make Royston more accessible to and understanding of anyone living with dementia.  Visitors from Margaret House enjoyed a tour of the fire station and fire engines before resident, Mrs Enid Denchfield, presented the crew with their sticker which will be displayed in the new fire engine.
